By accessing vancom.events, claiming guestlist access, purchasing tickets, or submitting a promoter application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must discontinue using our website and services.
Services Description & Eligibility
VANCOM EVENTS provides event promotion, guestlist management, ticketing coordination, and promoter recruitment services.

You must be at least the legal age required by the specific venue/event (typically 19+ for licensed venues) to register for guestlists or attend events.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when filling out forms.
Event Entry, Tickets, and Guestlists

Guestlist Disclaimer: Guestlist registration or ticket confirmation does not guarantee admission. Entry is always subject to venue capacity, dress code, security screening, and the discretion of venue management.

Event Changes: VANCOM EVENTS reserves the right to change event schedules, artist lineups, or venues. Event cancellations or postponements will be communicated via the contact details provided at signup.
Promoter Applications & Program

No Employment Guarantee: Submitting an application via vancom.events or Meta Lead Ads does not create an employment or agency relationship. Selection is at the sole discretion of VANCOM EVENTS.

Communications: By applying, you consent to being contacted by direct message, email, phone, or SMS regarding your application status.

Ad Customization: Data submitted in application forms may be used in hashed formats to suppress duplicate advertising to you across third-party platforms.
Intellectual Property
All content on vancom.events—including logos, graphics, text, and event branding—is the property of VANCOM EVENTS or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
Limitation of Liability
VANCOM EVENTS is not responsible for personal injury, property damage, lost items, or disputes occurring at partner venue premises. We act as event organizers/promoters and hold no liability for third-party venue operations or sudden cancellations beyond our control.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
